Why Work With Me?

I don’t just teach this—I have lived it.

Since childhood, I struggled with body image, self-worth, and eating disorders. I was often told I was fat and ugly and internalized deep limiting beliefs that made me feel unworthy. As a teenager, I developed eating disorders—restricting my food intake to the point of severe malnutrition.

This led to serious gut health issues, IBS, and a complete loss of muscle. By my 30s, my body had forgotten how to process food properly, and I lacked the energy to work out. While everything worked on the surface and for a short amount of time, what truly helped me stay consistent and achieve visible, sustainable, and long-lasting results was the power of mind reprogramming.
