Growing up, I always felt different—like I didn’t belong anywhere. Raised by parents carrying their own unhealed pain, I lacked the love, support, and guidance every child needs to feel safe and seen. I grew up feeling invisible, misunderstood, and unsure of my place in the world. My quiet nature made me an easy target for teasing, and I slowly learned to shrink myself, avoid conflict, and suppress my voice.
Without a strong sense of self, I drifted through life making choices that weren’t really mine—chasing validation, falling into toxic relationships, and repeating patterns of codependency, all driven by a deep longing to be loved, accepted, and enough.
By 2013, it all came crashing down. A relationship I believed would last ended abruptly. My health was fragile, my family wounds were open, and the career I had spent years building no longer made sense. I was emotionally drained, physically depleted, and completely disconnected from who I was.
In the middle of that darkness, a shift began. I picked up Leader Di Te STesso by Roberto Re, and it changed something in me. That book opened a door—it introduced me to NLP, the power of the mind, and the possibility that I didn’t have to be a prisoner of my past. For the first time, I understood that the thoughts I believed, the identity I carried, the patterns I repeated—they weren’t permanent. They could be rewired.
One year later, I took the biggest leap of my life and left everything behind—my home country, my job, my relationships—in search of myself. That journey became the turning point. Slowly, I began reprogramming the beliefs that had kept me stuck for so long. I faced the stories I had inherited, the roles I had unconsciously accepted, and the fears that had shaped my choices. With every layer I released, I became more me.
Over the years, I learned to understand the language of the subconscious mind. I studied, trained, and experienced the power of transformation through tools like hypnosis, RTT, and energy work. I discovered that true change doesn’t come from trying to fix yourself—it comes from reconnecting with your truth and shifting the inner programs that no longer serve you.
Today, I see a woman who no longer lives by default. A woman who makes conscious choices, who leads with integrity, who values depth, honesty, and freedom. I haven’t “arrived” anywhere—this journey continues—but I’ve found something I never had before: a real connection with myself.
What began as a personal search has become a mission.
Today, I choose to live in alignment with who I am.
I work with clients from all over the world, offering a safe and supportive space—wherever they are—to reconnect with themselves, explore what’s holding them back, and gently begin the process of inner transformation.
My role is not to fix or advise, but to walk beside those who feel ready to come home to themselves. To support them in shifting old beliefs, softening self-judgment, and remembering that they are already enough.
If I could find my way, so can you. And it would be my honor to walk this path with you.
