I’ve lived and worked internationally for over a decade, building a career in Human Resources and Learning & Development within global corporations in the fintech and tech industries. I have conducted over 8,000 job interviews, led talent acquisition and employer branding strategies, and developed training programs to support employee growth and career progression. I have worked across the full employee lifecycle—from hiring and onboarding to development, well-being, and offboarding—gaining a deep understanding of both the strategic and operational aspects of talent management and the employee journey.
Beyond my corporate experience, I have personally faced career transitions, role changes, and even the difficult experience of being laid off. Each time, I adapted, navigated uncertainty, and carved out a fulfilling career aligned with my true potential.
